Terms of service

These terms apply when you use this website or buy from OnyxSpec, Orlando, Florida ("OnyxSpec", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. Please also read our Shipping, Returns and Privacy policies, which form part of these terms.

Each listing states the part, the cars it is listed for and, where relevant, whether it is OEM or aftermarket and its condition. Photos are for illustration; colour and finish can vary. Unless a listing says painted, parts arrive unpainted or in primer.

We work to keep listings accurate. If we find an error in a listing or price after you order, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.

We check each order against the VIN you provide before it ships. Fitment checks rely on the VIN and details you give us; please make sure they are correct. Sensors, cameras and lights depend on your car's options, and we confirm them on request.

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping cost and any applicable sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay. An order is accepted when we confirm it; we may decline or cancel an order, for example if a part is unavailable or does not fit your VIN, in which case we refund you in full.

Payments are processed by our payment providers. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method you choose.

We ship within the United States as described in our Shipping policy. Delivery timing is confirmed after you order. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Note any visible damage with the carrier on delivery.

If something's not right, we'll take care of you, as described in our Returns policy.

We sell parts only and do not install them. Parts should be fitted by a qualified body shop or installer. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by incorrect installation, modification or use of a part.

Any manufacturer warranty that comes with a part is passed on to you. Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, parts are sold without further warranties, express or implied. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.

Content on this site, including the OnyxSpec name, logo and photos, belongs to OnyxSpec or its licensors. You may not copy it for commercial use without permission. Brand and model names such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, AMG, Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen and Range Rover belong to their owners and are used only to describe fitment. OnyxSpec is not affiliated with these manufacturers.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable US federal law. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, unless the law requires otherwise.
